No gym? No problem! Give this workout a try. It’s a short and sharp full body workout which will get your heart racing and help to sculpt your summer muscles. The best part is you can do it anywhere with no equipment necessary.
Repeat each circuit 3-4 times with as little rest as possible. Rest 1-3 minutes or so before moving onto the next circuit.
Circuit 1: (3 sets)
Squat jumps x10
Jump lunge x20 (10 each leg)
Single leg glute bridge x20
Glute kickback x20
Circuit 2: (3 sets)
Squat+high knee x10
Push ups (on knees if necessary) x10
Sprints (20 metres x4)
Mountain climbers x20
