Getting creative with your workouts while on holidays

After the popularity of my last full body summer workout, I thought I’d post another for you guys. There are no excuses, just because you are on holiday doesn’t mean you can’t be active! You this workout will take no longer than 30 minutes, so it will barely cut into your holiday time at all! And if you aren’t on holiday, but don’t have a gym, this is also a great workout you can do anywhere!


Circuit to be completed 3 times – fruit cocktails in between sets optional🍹🏝

– Push up + Pike x10

– Pulse squat x30

– Curtsy Lunges x20

– Jump squats x15

– Palm Tree Plank x30secs (if you have no palm tree, a normal plank will do)

– Side Plank Knee to Elbow  x8 each side

– Round the World squat jumps x20

– Mountain Climber + Kickback x20
