I’m Ashleigh Lawrence, an Australian personal trainer and strength coach based in London.
My training is focused on women and empowering them to achieve their full potential both mentally and physically. I believe in training for performance. The body you are after will come if you are training and eating properly, rather than just focusing on ‘getting abs’.
I want you to know that weights won’t make you bulky, weights will make you sexy!
I trains my clients in a way that makes them feel stronger, fitter, more confident and look incredible. Yes, getting in shape is hard, but it doesn’t have to be that soul destroying torture you are used to! I will ensure your exercise sessions are both fun and enjoyable. I will remove that intimidating feeling out of gym training, and bring my motivation, energy and enthusiasm to each and every session we have together.
I have competed in powerlifting competitions, so take my word for it when I tell you that you aren’t all of a sudden going to turn into a hulk woman.
As a former professional runway model and actress, I have a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.
I once had a goal to travel to 30 countries before I’m 30. Well I smashed that and now I’m up to 43. Next goal is to travel to every continent (I’ve only got Antarctica left!). I love exploring, hiking, snorkelling and diving (in fact – any water sports), rollerblading and laughing. I dislike waking up early, and running (or waking up early to go running = nightmare!). Which brings me to my next challenge; I will be running the trifecta Spartan Races this year!
